I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and got my start in customer service and entertainment. Along the way I discovered that what I actually loved was the work behind the work -- the systems, the logistics, the culture, the moments that make a team feel like a team. I joined Guilded, a YC-backed startup, in 2018 as an early employee and spent three years helping build it from the ground up before it was acquired by Roblox. I now live in Maryland with my husband and three cats.

Over a decade across beauty, retail, tech, and gaming, supporting teams with administrative operations, onboarding, events, and office management. Most recently seven years in startup operations, including Series A and B fundraising support, acquisition coordination, and post-acquisition integration at Roblox.

MY PROCESS

I build frameworks that are clean enough to scale and flexible enough to actually get used. I check in early and often so the systems I build fit the team I am supporting, not the other way around. And I look for every opportunity to make the work feel a little less like work.

  • The behind-the-scenes work that keeps a distributed team running: vendor relationships, team travel, onboarding, tools, and the workflows that make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I stay current on how AI is changing the way teams work and look for opportunities to put it to use.

  • Personalized support for the details that would otherwise eat into the hours a leader needs for the work only they can do. Calendar, travel, inbox, and expenses handled with discretion and care.

  • Early-stage systems and tools setup, people ops from scratch, executive partnership, fundraising and acquisition support, post-acquisition integration, and the operational scaffolding that lets a small team punch above its weight.

  • Full-service offsite and event planning for distributed teams. Venue sourcing and hotel contracts, group travel, meals, activities, meeting and collaboration spaces, and all the logistics in between. Designed to be fun, build real connections, and give teams something to look forward to.
