I’m from the San Francisco Bay Area and got my start in customer service and entertainment, where I learned the value of adaptability, clear communication, and creating great experiences. After Guilded’s Series A, I moved to New Jersey, where I met my amazing husband. We now live in Maryland with our three cats. Along the way, I discovered my passion for operations and event management, helping teams work smarter, feel supported, and stay connected.

I’ve spent over a decade supporting teams across beauty, retail, tech, and gaming, most recently seven years with Guilded and Roblox, building systems and programs that strengthened collaboration and culture. My work blends operations, culture, and strategy to create meaningful impact. Whether navigating a startup through acquisition or orchestrating multi-day events, I focus on helping teams collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and enjoy the work they do together.

I design scalable solutions that keep teams running smoothly, from onboarding and workflows to culture programs and offsites. Every system I build is crafted with people in mind, balancing efficiency with empathy to help teams work smarter and feel supported.
