ABOUT

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and got my start in customer service and entertainment. Along the way, I discovered my passion for operations and event management, helping teams work smarter, feel supported, and stay connected. I also learned how to be a plate spinning Swiss Army knife. I joined Guilded, a YC social platform startup in 2018, and after their Series A, I moved to New Jersey, where I met my amazing husband. We now live in Maryland with our three cats.

MY EXPERIENCE

I’ve spent over a decade supporting teams across beauty, retail, tech, and gaming providing administrative support, on-site events, facilities, and office management, on-boarding and training, and most recently, over seven years of startup operations support including Series A fundraising, acquisition support, and post acquisition integration.

MY PROCESS

I build strong, clean frameworks that provide scalable structure. I create opportunities for frequent feedback so my operations are the best fit for the team I'm supporting that they can be. I look for opportunities to foster playfulness and collaboration.

  • Optimizing day-to-day systems for distributed teams, including onboarding, vendor management, expenses, travel planning, and workflows that keep everyone aligned and productive.

  • Partnering with early-stage teams and leadership to build and scale operations, provide executive support, and create systems that grow with the team while preserving culture and connection.

  • Designing bespoke team experiences that build traditions, strengthen culture, combat burnout, and create meaningful moments that bring teams together.
